Phileas, the Lumbridge Guide.Talk to Traiborn in the Wizard's Tower. He will tell you that you need to enchant all the ingredients for a normal Cake; an Egg, a Bucket of milk, and some flour.
Egg
You must pass a short quiz to get your egg enchanted. He will show you an NPC that you've seen in one of the required quests, then ask you who it is. Answer correctly three times to get an Enchanted Egg.

You must pass a memory test. You will be shown 3 different sets of 10 items one set at a time, then must answer a question about them. You are given as much time as you need to remember the ten items so you could, in theory, just write them down. Answer them to get Enchanted Flour. The print screen function may be helpful. To use this function, press the Alt and PrtSc SysRq (print screen) keys down at the same time. This will take a screenshot of your screen, which you can just paste in a Word Document or Microsoft Paint.
Use all 3 ingredients on a cake tin to make a Raw guide cake, then cook it on a range, and your Cake of Guidance is ready. Give it to the frozen Lumbridge Guide to complete this part.
